Whats With Single Ethernet

What is today's ideal Internet add-on to a MAC or single PC? I only have one latest modem brand in mind, and that is Single Ethernet port ADSL modem. With its non-firewall or NAT feature, Single Ethernet is a great buy if you are looking for a straight connection to the assigned ISP. The modem is an all-out driverless modem device that does not have any compatibility difficulties.
